Watch Me Shrink - Experiment [Start Date 28.09.12]


As some of you know who follow me on Twitter, Instagram & Facebook I started the 30days Shred and made it to Day 10...I had to then stop... and here's why.

Like a doughnut I exercised without trainers for 8 days straight & messed up both my ankles really bad. I wore ankle supports for about 2 weeks and now I'm ready to get back into the swing of things with good ol' Jillian.

  3. Good luck with this! I've been running with a friend on Monday/Wednesday and taking Body Pump on Tuesday/Thursday. It's doing wonders!!
